We contract with Owners to get their properties rented. We advertise the property, show it to perspective Tenants, take applications, run Credit Reports, and Landlord references. We work closely with the Owners; they sign off on each phase of the process. Once the Owner accepts the Tenant, we prepare all the proper paperwork required by the State of California and have the Tenant and Owner sign. The paperwork is then given to the Owner for Property Management.

I was raised in the Santa Clara Valley and have been in Real Estate since 1983, first with my Salesperson License and then in 1995, I got my Broker's License. I was a partner in my Mortgage Company and then in 1994 joined Cal-Western Property Management. I managed Single Family, Condominiums, Duplexes and Fourplexes with some experience in larger unit properties. I was there for 16 years. I left Cal-Western in 2010 and opened American Residential Leasing in 2011.
